Build your readiness for implementation to minimize risk and time to value
When a Sigmafine implementation project is initiated, Pimsoft introduces the project team and follows a thorough methodology to collect and analyse relevant information from the customer. The purpose of this stage is to prepare for the design of an accurate model.
Pimsoft will gather all of the information required for the mass balance model construction in order to fully understand the customer’s current state. Ultimately, Pimsoft will deliver a Sigmafine system design that will serve as the basis for the Sigmafine model construction. Upon the customer’s approval, the project plan will be finalized so both the Sigmafine implementation and Sigmafine licenses’ configuration activities can begin.
Step 1: Preliminary Data Collection
- Purpose: Pimsoft collects information required for mass balance model construction.
Step 2: Kick-off Meeting
- Purpose: Pimsoft and Customer team make introductions, confirm project plan and review the following: data collection, basic model design, integration issues.
Step 3: Functional Design Specifications
- Purpose: Pimsoft develops a Sigmafine system design that will serve as the basis for the Sigmafine model construction.
Step 4: Functional Design Review
- Purpose: Pimsoft and Customer finalize the FDS document before implementation activities begin.
